🎯 Key Responsibilities
- 📊 Assist the Sales Head in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
- 🔍 Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- 🗂️ Manage and update customer databases and CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge is a plus).
- 📞 Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and prospects.
- 🎪 Support in organizing and participating in sales events, trade shows, and customer visits.
- 🤝 Collaborate with other departments to support sales strategy execution.
✅ Requirements
- 🎓 Recent graduate in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or MBA
- 💬 Strong interest in sales with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
