- Develop and maintain IBM Systems software (Operating Systems, Firmware, Storage, Cloud, etc.)
- Engage in full product lifecycle – design, development, testing, and support
- Collaborate with product management teams across global locations
- Implement scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions
- Learn and grow continuously in a diverse, innovation-driven environment
🧾 Required Skills:
- Strong in any of: C, C++, Java, Python, GoLang, Groovy, ReactJS
- Solid understanding of OS concepts (Unix/Linux), Data Structures, Algorithms
- Familiar with Virtualization & Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Basic knowledge of Web Services (REST, GraphQL), DevOps, and CI/CD
- Good communication skills to work in a global environment
🎯 Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):
- Web UI Frameworks: React JS, Vaadin, Bootstrap, Material UI
- Familiarity with: J2EE, JSP, Node JS, SQL, Databases, Ansible
- Knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, Data Science concepts
- Exposure to performance monitoring and capacity planning
