As an IT Analyst in the Global Voice and Telepresence division, you’ll support Microsoft Teams Calling, manage Digital Signage Systems, and administer cellular phones—all contributing to seamless communication across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and globally collaborative environment.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Ensure seamless communication via MS Teams Calling
✅ Manage digital signage systems for internal communication
✅ Administer and manage company cellular phones
✅ Support collaboration infrastructure
✅ Participate in on-call support as needed
🎓 Requirements
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
💡 Experience with MS Teams Calling or similar tools
💡 Familiarity with Digital Signage systems
📱 Knowledge of mobile device administration
🗣️ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
🕐 Shift Timing: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
✈️ Travel: Up to 10%
