Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique initiative offering BCA and B.Sc students a chance to build a career at Wipro while pursuing M.Tech from a premier institution, fully sponsored by Wipro.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
- 10th & 12th: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA as per university norms
- Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
- Eligible Degrees:
- BCA
- B.Sc. (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
- Other Requirements:
- Open school/distance allowed for 10th & 12th only
- One backlog allowed during assessment, must be cleared with 6th semester
- Core Mathematics mandatory in Graduation (Business/Applied Maths not accepted)
- Max 3-year education gap (10th to graduation)
- Graduation must be completed within 3 years
- Must be an Indian citizen or PIO/OCI holder
- Bhutan/Nepal nationals need citizenship proof
- 3-month cool-off period mandatory between assessments
- Minimum age: 18 years at registration
Selection Process: Round 1: Online Assessment (80 minutes)
- Verbal: 20 mins | 20 questions
- Analytical: 20 mins | 20 questions
- Quantitative: 20 mins | 20 questions
- Written Communication Test: 20 mins
Round 2: Voice Assessment
Round 3: Business Discussion
Service Agreement:
60 months (5 years). Note: Joining bonus must be paid back on a pro-rata basis if leaving within this period.
